We enjoyed three warm winter months in this lovely villa. The house had spacious rooms, was comfortable, clean and so convenient to all the fun activities and sites in SW FL. We swam in the pool almost every day. The real entertainment was watching the eagle family and the colorful FL sunsets right from the lanai. We highly recommend a visit to Eagle View-simply the best accomodations in SW FL.

We stayed at this home the first week of March. It was wonderful! The property manager & his wife were very helpful. We loved seeing the eagles & their babies(who were almost ready to fly)The interior was very tastefully done.It was nice to go for a swim in the warm pool in the evenings even when the outside air was cool.Thank you Cathrin & Laurenz for sharing your Florida home with us. We will try & come again for another visit

We just returned from a wonderful week's stay in March 2011 at Villa Eagle View. This was our first time renting a vacation home and we enjoyed the experience tremendously. The house was beautiful and we loved relaxing in the heated pool. We are regular visitors to Cape Coral and on this trip we simply wanted to relax. We took short day trips to Sanibel/Captiva (beautiful beaches) and the Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point shopping complex in Estero. We wish to say a big thank you to Cathrin and Laurenz and Bob who were extremely helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to experience a nice, relaxing stay in beautiful Southwest Florida.

We just returned home after spending the month of Feb at "Eagle View". The villa is absolutely splended and everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant.(even included soaring eagles). Our favorite was the heated swimming pool.The house was immaculate and if we return to Fla it would be difficult to find a place as nice.
Our thanks to Cathrin & Laurenz Russ for a woderful vacation.

Wir haben in Eagle View die Weihnachtsferien 2010/2011 verbracht.
Eagle View ist ein sehr schönes, komfortables und gut ausgestattes Haus.
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, trotzdem kommt man mit dem Auto schnell zu den Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten Floridas. Besonders gut haben uns Sanibel & Captiva Island, Naples, Ft. Meyers und die Everglades gefallen.

Wir habe uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
